Mercedes, the German manufacturer, has revealed earlier this year the new Mercedes-Benz A-Class in the United States. The car was very similar to the Mercedes CLA which attracted a lot of new and young buyers to the brand.
The new A-2019 will offer a host of advanced technologies such as information and entertainment system and advanced driver assistance features that will appeal to technology enthusiasts. The car is due to be available in the market early in 2019.
The exterior of the new A-Class is similar to Toyota Corolla and has more height than CLA. The smooth shape of the car makes it more aerodynamic and streamlined than the previous Mercedes.
The front of the car features flat LED lights with a large net in the front of the car. The front design is similar to the CLA except for the headlamps and the large and high tire. The rear-view design gives the impression that it is a sports car and the most distinctive feature is the rear lights which are divided into two halves.
The dimensions of the car are identical to the Kia Forte with the length of 179 inches and height 57 inches. This means that the A-Class is shorter in 3 inches than CLA, but it has a similar width of 71 inches.

The interior of the 2019 Mercedes-Benz A-Class is very distinctive. It has two 7-inch screens. The owner of the car has the choice to replace it by one 10-inch screen. So buyers will have 3 options for the screen inside the car - a 7-inch screen, a 7-inch double screen or a 10-inch screen. It also features "turbo-shaped" circular ventilation openings.
The most important feature of this model is the new information and entertainment system (MBUX) Mercedes-Benz. This system can be operated by voice command and can also control the steering wheel, touchpad or touch screen controls.
The car also has many features such as saving the car safe distance and the active stop emergency feature .

The car is a four-wheel driving system and is driven by a 188hp, 2.0-liter and a four-cylinder engine. The sedan uses a seven-speed automatic gear which can have another option for with 6-speed manual gear.

D180 Diesel 1.5 liter 4 cylinder 114 hp
The A-Class has a warning system with forward-collision warning with pedestrian and automatic emergency brake. With the Pre-Safe Plus system, the vehicle can feel the cars behind it, detect the approaching collision and deal with the situation to reduce the impact of the collision.
The company describes the vehicle as “able to drive semi-autonomously in certain conditions” by linking various safety and assistance systems. These systems works through a range of camera and radar systems, as well as map and navigation data. For example, a car can reduce the expected speed when approaching intersections while using adaptive cruise control, according to Mercedes.
