Public Works Authority: a Temporary Closure on Muaither Roundabout for 3 Days

The Public Works Authority “Ashghal” has announced a partial closure on Muaither roundabout for3 days, starts from today’s evening 3 May until Saturday’s evening 5 May.

In coordination with the General Directorate of Traffic, they set the closure in order to complete the developments on the roundabout in preparation to open it to traffic on Sunday 6 May. In addition, Ashghal has posted some instruction for drivers. Those coming from Jasim street towards Muaither Roundabout to turn right heading to Salwa Road while traffic heading from Al Furousiya Roundabout can only turn right towards Muaither or continue straight on Al Furousiya Street

Signs will be installed for drivers to alert them about the closure, duration and direction of roads they should use instead of using Muaither Roundabout. The Public Works Authority urged citizens to adhere to the speed limits and follow signs and instructions in order to maintain their safety.
