The General Directorate of Traffic publishes a guidance tips for rainy days

Meteorology in Qatar has reported a possibility of rainfall in different parts of the country today 17 10 2018 accompanied with strong winds. It is expected that weather instability will continue until the beginning of next week.

Qatar's Meteorological Department has warned citizens and drivers to be cautious while driving and checking weather before leaving home or going for a sea adventure.

In turn, the General Directorate of Traffic has warned the drivers of this unstable weather and published some driving instructions to follow during rain on their official accounts in the social networking sites as follows:

Stay in the middle of the path and keep away from the side of the road.
Check tires to ensure they are steady on the ground during rain.
Check the car brakes after the rain.
Make sure the glass wipes are working efficiently.
Adhere to speeds limits on roads.
