“Qatar Rail” announced yesterday the successful completion of a pedestrian bridge in the West Bay region. The construction of the pedestrian bridge was installed in 24 hours only.

"The 63-meter pedestrian bridge was installed within 24 hours in the West Bay area," the Ministry of Communications said on Twitter.

The great accomplishment is that the bridge was built "within 24 hours.” The new bridge will be one of the pedestrian bridges for Doha Metro stations.

The company broadcasted a video showing the installation of the bridge in its location. This comes in a new achievement for “Qatar Rail”, which has already recorded a number of achievements during the work in one of the most sophisticated projects in Qatar, The Doha Metro project.

Qatar's achievements continue in various fields despite the unjust siege imposed on Qatar since 5th June 2017.
