As usual, and from its awairness-raising role, the General directorate of traffic announced the whereabouts of mobile radar today on its official Twitter, which are Al Shamal, Dukhan Shahaniya, Salwa, AirForce Street, Al Waab Street, Al Dafna street and University street.

Whereabouts of mobile radars today:

1. Al Shamal (120km/hr)

2. Dukhan Shahaniya (120km/hr)

3. Salwa (120km/hr)

4. AirForce Street (100km/hr)

5. Al Dafna street (80km/hr)

6. University street (80km/hr)

7. Al Waab Street (80km/hr)

This awareness-raising role is to ensure road safety and make drivers abide to speed limits in each road. The role of these mobile radars is to record and monitor seat belt violations, over speeding, overtaking from wrong side, and using phones during driving.
