Mercedes will unveil the AMG C63 at the New York Auto Show, which begins today, March 28 until Sunday, April 8.
Like any new car, it will get a slight upgrade in both power and look. As for the external appearance, it resembles the original version, but there is an update in the wheel arches to improve the efficiency of aerodynamics. Minor interior design updates were provided. It has digital devices and a newly designed sport steering.
The car has a 4-liter turbocharged engine of 476 hp. What’s new in this car is the replacement of the seven-speed auto by AMG's nine-speed unit. In addition, The car features six driving modes: Race, Slippery, Comfort, Sport and Sport+. When selecting any of these modes, engine response, steering dynamics, differential settings and electronically controlled damping settings are modified according to the selected mode.
The AMG C63 will not be offered for sale on international markets until the beginning of the next year and pricing has yet to be revealed.
