Porsche, a German automaker, continues to dazzle the world with its new inventions putting it in the forefront in most industries. Porsche sales chief, Detlev von Platen, in an interview with the German magazine Automobilwoche, said that his company with the sports car maker, Volkswagen, can make a new type of taxies which is the flying taxi.
"That would really make sense. If I drive from [the Porsche plant in] Zuffenhausen to Stuttgart airport, I need at least half an hour, if I'm lucky. Flying would take only three and a half minutes," he added.
It’s worth mentioning that passengers would not need a pilot license since most of the flying car functions would be automated and they would control a few missions.
