McLaren has unveiled the new 720S Spider in its Super Series, where the car has received many updates and features that distinguish it from other models.
The Spider 720S is marked by a great and wonderful update on the roof. Where the car got a fast folding roof made of carbon fiber. More importantly, this roof can be lifted and folded in just 11 seconds at speeds of up to 50 km/h, making it the fastest roof in the Supercar category.

The roof comes with the option of ordering and installing an electric glass panel for the folding roof to enjoy an open view from inside the car. It can convert the glass panel from opaque into transparent easily and the glass panel automatically blurs when the engine is turned off. The 720S Spider features a rear wing that can adjust itself to the weather and roof condition if it is open or closed.
As for performance, the 720S Spider got a dual-cylinder V8 engine of 720 hp. The car is also equipped with a 7-speed transmission so it can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 2.8 seconds. The maximum speed of a 720S Spider car is 341 km/h but if the roof is open, the maximum speed will not exceed 325 km/h.
