Hyundai is planning a takeover of Fiat Chrysler

By, 2018-06-30

There are a lot of arrangements now being made for the purpose of Hyundai's takeover Fiat Chrysler, according to some of the statements made by the Asia Times. Chung Mong-koo, Hyundai CEO, is considering the shares of Fiat Chrysler and plans to buy a large share to take over it. His moves have been to accelerate the purchase of large shares of the company since Sergio Marchionne will leave the company next year.

Chung Mong-koo step to take over the company in this time is a very clever step since the company is suffering from the leave of Marchionne and there is no one who does really care about Fiat Chrysler.

Will Fiat Chryslerbenefit from Hyundai?

Certainly, Hyundai is a great potential partner because of the company's current management position and also because Fiat Chryslerin the Asian region is weak while Hyundai is the strongest in the region.
