With the increase in the number of cars in the world in general and the Arab world in particular, road accidents have increased more than ever before despite the fact that there are many laws that are enacted daily in order to preserve the lives of people and also the high techniques used by all manufacturers of cars.

 

We are all exposed to a traffic accident, but we are not all prepared to deal with these incidents correctly. There are many actions that we can do to save our lives and others lives.

 

 

What are the causes of road accidents?

 

1. The lack of quality and efficiency of the wheels of cars that  many people do not know how to buy the appropriate wheels and do not want to pay a lot of money. However, people's lives do deserve to be careful.

 

2. The lack of regular maintenance of the car: many drivers discover the internal breakdown of their car in the middle of the road surrounded by many people and cars.

 

3. Talking to others or on the phone, or extreme tiredness and sleepiness.

 

4. Weather factors and lack of precautions. Drivers must know the weather before leaving the house.

 

5. Not following the instructions.

 

6. Not abide to the permitted speeds.

 

 

What should you do if you encounter a car accident?

 

1. Calling the ambulance should be the first step.

 

2. Ensure the safety of the place and its inability to explode before approaching it.

 

3. Do not move the injured unless there is a risk to their lives if they stay there.

 

4. If you do not know first aid, ask around you if there is a doctor and if not try to keep the breathing stream of the injured open by tilting their head up.

 

5. Deal with the most affected cases first.

 

6. Put emergency triangles before distance from the accident to warn other drivers.

 

7. Treat bleeding cases correctly by attaching the bleeding place with a gauze or cloth until the ambulance arrives.

 

8. Observe the type of the car, its number and its driver if the person who attempted the accident tried to escape in order to help the police finding him.

 

9. Relieve and calm the injured.

 

 

What to do if you have a car accident?

 

1. Calm down and try not to move your body as much as possible.

 

2. Check yourself and see the amount of injuries you have and if you can self-help yourself, especially stopping bleeding if there.

 

3. Contact the ambulance and one of your relatives or friends.

 

4. Do not forget to contact your insurance company for compensation and car repair.
