Qatar Ministry of Interior and Traffic Department have been issued new and different initiatives to avoid fast driving led to accidents. One of these crucial initiative is Mobile Radars that monitor over speeding. These are the radars' locations for today - Wednesday, Feb. 28:
Al Shamal (120km/hr)
Dukhan Shahaniya (120km/hr)
Salwa (120km/hr)
Orbital Road (120km/hr)
Airforce Street (100km/hr)
Al Rifaa (80km/hr)
Al Waab Street (80km/hr).
The reason which lies behind this decision is to enhance road safety and push the drivers to abide by the speed limits without any violations; any violation of seat belt, over speeding, and using phones during driving will be recorded by the radars. Those who will violate the laws are going to pay hefty fines to save the lives of people. Continually, the Ministry of Interior is going to publish the locations of the mobile radars on its Face Book page.
