Honda Qatar Launches the All-New Honda Accord

Honda launched yesterday its total new Honda Accord 2017 in Qatar through Doha Marketing Services Company (Domasco), the distributor for Honda in Qatar.

Domasco announced the official launch of the Accord in a press conference yesterday in the Honda showroom in Al Markhiya. The press conference included a brief presentation about the new features of the Accord 2017.

Mr Greig Roffey, Head of Sales & Marketing at DOMASCO, said:

“The Accord continues to set the bar high up and the new model is no exception. The 2017 Accord has many quality features that only exist in luxury cars. And despite all the new features, the price will remain the same. Accord will continue to offer exceptional value for money. Honda invites anyone interested to visit the showroom to take the Accord for a test drive. It is an ultimate mid-size sedan.”

The Honda Accord has been updated for the 2017 model, essentially switching to the American manufacturing again and sporting a facelift.

The base engine is a 2.4-litre 4-cylinder with direct injection, mated to a CVT, available in the DX and LX. The EX and EXL trim get slightly more horsepower and more features.

The other engine is a 3.5-litre V6 engine connected to a 6-speed automatic transmission, and comes in full option only.

Amazing new features of the Accord 2017

A very stylish cockpit which is equipped with advanced instrumentation and controls positioned for driver’s convenience is one of the strong elements in the new Accord.

In addition to the new exterior and interior look, there has been many new features introduced in the new Accord, one of these features is called “LaneWatch” which adds a camera under the right-side mirror to visually monitor your right blindspot.

Another great feature is the “Honda Sensing” which concerns with helping the driver sense things which might be missed while driving.
