A driver sleeps in the back seat of a Tesla while its driving itself!

 

Tesla's autopilot may be very advanced, but it does not provide fully autonomous driving, requiring drivers to remain vigilant at all times, and despite this, a number of Tesla owners continue to misuse it and post the dangerous things they are doing on social media.

 

A video posted on TikTok last November, which has been circulating again recently, shows a young man pretending to sleep in the driver's seat and then moving to the back seats of a white Tesla Model 3 as he cruises onto a highway with the driver's autopilot.

 

 

Video maker Jonathan Cox posted a behind-the-scenes video of the video on his YouTube channel, as he puts a heavy tape on the steering wheel of a Tesla to ensure that the autopilot is not deactivated, and when he's on the road, he reclines the driver's seat and pretends to sleep, then jumps into the back seats and pretending to be asleep again, while his mother sits in the passenger seat and films everything!

 

Tesla asks those who use the autopilot to put their hands on the steering wheel at all times and keep their eyes on the road, not only does Cox not follow those rules, but also violates a set of driving laws, so he definitely deserves a deterrent punishment.
