Mawater Center: The activities' location is changed for 28 February

Mr. Nasser Saadoun Al-Kuwari, Secretary General of the Muwatar Center, stated that tomorrow, Friday, 28 February 2020, will witness the establishment of several activities of "Dharb Batn Waseedo" as called in Arabic. The activities will be held on a different rite/hill located near the "Khaf" raft/hill in the depth of Sealine towards Khoar Al Adeed.

Al-Kuwari affirmed that many things were discussed during the last meeting that was held between Mawater Center with the Traffic Department and the Department of Natural Reserves, such as the activities that took place during the past weeks on the "Signature Hill", in addition, Mawater submitted the proposals of participants. The meeting also set the necessary plans to serve the youth and the hobby.

Al-Kuwari clarified that cars whose owners wish to participate in the activities tomorrow should gather first at the "Signeture" to ensure their suitability to the required specifications, then move to the intended new Hill together with police cars ro guarantee safety for all. Instructional signs will be installed on the new site to facilitate public access.

Al-Kuwari called on the auto dealers, garages and spare parts stores to participate with them during the coming and final weeks of the season, by supporting the youth and providing incentive prizes for the them, with the aim of attracting them to practice their hobby in an equipped and safe place that guarantees their safety.

It is mentioned that since the launching of the Mawater Center activities in Sealine, there has been a noticeable decline in the accidents rates, which confirms the success of the activities held by the center in cooperation with the Traffic Department and the Department of Natural Reserves. Also, random drifting has ended or has diminished considerably.
