No cars allowed to park outside arrivals or departures at Hamad Airport

In order to assist passengers returning back to Doha through Hamad International Airport, and for their own safety and comfort, access to the docks outside arrival and departure will be limited to authorized vehicles only. The Airport Department, in conjunction with the Traffic Department, appeals to passengers to use the short-term parking available free of charge to the public.

This means that if you are picking up freinds or family from the airoport, then you will need to park your car in the allocated short-stay car parks and walk to the terminal. And if you plan to take a taxi, only go to the taxi exit dedicated for arriving passengers

Hamad International Airport handled 9.16 million passengers during the first quarter of 2019, and handled 56,573 air traffic and 505,551 tonnes of cargo from January to March 2019.

Hamad International Airport served 3175,316 passengers in January, 2844,241 in February and 3147,683 in March.
