The Ministry of Energy and Industry announces on its official website Qatar Petroleum monthly the prices of fuel in the Qatari market in order to unite prices at all petrol stations. The official announcement of the Ministry of Energy and Industry for February shows a slight decrease in Diesel and stability of prices in super and premium Gasoline compared to January.
According to QP, starting from February 1st , the Diesel cost will decrease from 1,75 to 1,70 QAR, premium gasoline and super gasoline cost will stay stable with 1,50 QAR for premium gasoline and 1,55 QAR super gasoline.

Fuel prices in Qatar were regulated in response to changes in the global market from April 2016. A special committee reviews fuel prices every month and make recommendations on proposed prices for the local market accordingly.
