Kia has officially revealed the next generation of its full-size SUV, the Telluride 2027, featuring a complete redesign in both exterior and interior design. The model introduces major updates aimed at improving space, comfort, and overall refinement.
The 2027 Telluride adopts a more assertive appearance with a new front fascia, vertical LED headlights, and a large dark grille that gives the SUV a stronger presence on the road.
Kia has also increased the vehicle’s overall dimensions — it is now 2.3 inches longer, with a 3-inch longer wheelbase. These changes contribute to a more planted stance and improved proportions.
Inside, the Telluride receives a full cabin redesign centered around technology and passenger comfort. It now features dual 12.3-inch displays for the digital instrument cluster and infotainment system, along with a new column-mounted gear selector.
Kia has also focused on better sound insulation and upgraded materials to create a quieter, more comfortable environment for long journeys. The extended wheelbase allows for greater third-row space, catering to family use.
While Kia has not yet disclosed official performance figures, initial reports suggest the model will continue with a 3.5-liter V6 engine producing around 287 horsepower.
A plug-in hybrid (PHEV) version is also expected, combining a 2.5-liter turbo engine with an electric motor to improve efficiency and driving range.
The 2027 Telluride marks a significant evolution for Kia’s flagship SUV, moving toward a bolder design language and enhanced practicality. Full specifications and regional availability are expected to be announced closer to market launch.
