Removing diversion on F-Ring road

F-Ring road

A traffic change on F-Ring Road will take place from tomorrow to enable the construction of an interchange linking F-Ring Road with G-Ring Road.

In coordination with the General Directorate of Traffic, traffic will be realigned to the permanent lanes of the F-Ring Road for motorists travelling from Mesaimeer towards the Hamad International Airport (HIA).

The new route comprises four lanes, replacing the three-lane carriageway.By removing the detour, the F-Ring carriage will be fully open in both directions since Ashghal had diverted traffic coming from the HIA towards Mesaimeer to the permanent lanes last week.

Ashghal has advised that the speed limit will be reduced to 80kph from 100kph.
