Temporary closure on F-Ring road for one week

The Public Works Authority ‘Ashghal’ has announced on its official Twitter about a temporary closure of 2 eastbound lanes on F-Ring road . The closure starts on Monday 14 Jan 2019 and it will last for one week

The closure will be towards HIA for a distance of 1km before Al Thumama intersection; 2 other main lanes will remain open to traffic. This closure is in coordination with the General Directorate of Traffic and aims at enabling completing the works of the installation of a pedestrian bridge.

Ashghal will install road signs advising motorists of the closure and the alternative roads to use during the closure. Ashghal requests all road users to abide by the speed limit and follow the road signs to ensure their safety.
