Nissan has launched a promotional campaign under the name of "Solo: A Star Wars Story", announcing its continuous collaboration with the Star Wars series and celebrating the new film, which will be screened at the US theaters on May 25.
Nissan officially launched the campaign and will be directed to Star Wars fans to feel as if they are experimenting with the new Nissan X-Trail. The promotional campaign includes different ways in the ad, including a TV ad presented by the company on the first day of the campaign. The promotion included celebrities such as Chopaka and L3-73, as well as the appearance of the Millennium Falcon.
After the appearance of these characters, the ad moves from space to earth in a scene similar to the space scene but with Nissan Rouge. As part of the campaign, Nissan announced that it will make a competition called "Best in the Galaxy". This competition will allow fans to modify any of Nissan's three models: Rogge, Altima and Titann giving them the chance to win a modified version of one of Nissan's three models with the Star Wars adjustment, or they can also win the Nissan Range Trooper.
As the film approached, Nissan said it will unveil a Nissan Rogue with a similar design to the space ship Millennium Falcon.
