Barcelona’s Brazilian star Neymar damaged his Ferrari Spider in a car accident yesterday. But Barcelona club said he was alright and ready to play against Real Sociedad on Sunday night.
The accident happened only couple of hours before his flight to San Sebastian with his team. The 24-year-old striker lost control of his car on the lane emerging to the high way.
Catalan television TV3 showed photos of a major dent on the left front side of Neymar’s Ferrari, which was parked on the side of the motorway.
“Neymar crashed his car but he was not injured and he will be able to continue his trip and play the game against Real Sociedad” a club source announced.
Neymar was seen in images published on the club’s official website and social media pages with his team at the airport straight after the accident. He appeared chilled with headphones plugged into his ears as usual.
